Ennio Schiappa Homes Incorporated is a family owned development and construction company that has been passed from father to his three sons. The company (originally known as E.S. Development) was established in the South Bay in 1976 by patriarch Eugene Schiappa. Since that time the Schiappa Companies have built more than 2500 units with gross sales exceeding 600 million dollars.
Now in its second generation, under President Ennio Schiappa, the company maintains the philosophy that was established 30 years earlier by his father... that is, to observe the marketplace and construct a product that will be popular, yet moderately priced to sell quickly.
